Free Account Facilities
A Free Account allows you to join the community, post feedback, and create public profile
pages for businesses, products, or events. A key benefit of the free tier is the ability to
link up to two profile pages to your account at no cost: your own personal profile page and
one other page such as a page you have newly created. Linking these pages allows you to
monitor feedback and access basic data for those specific entities. To get started, simply
sign up with your email and verify your account.
Subscriber Account Features & Facilities
The Paid Subscription is designed for users who need broader oversight and direct engagement
tools. By subscribing, you can link three additional profile pages for a total of five to
your account. This tier unlocks the ability to export monthly data as a CSV file and, most
importantly, enables the direct chat facility, allowing you to message users who have posted
feedback on your linked pages. You can subscribe directly through the mobile app using the
Apple App Store or Google Play Store's in-app purchase system.
Linked Page Features & Facilities
Linked Pages act as your personal dashboard for tracking feedback and managing communications.
Beyond the five pages included in the free and subscription tiers, you have the option to
link an unlimited number of additional pages on a "pay-per-page" basis. This extension is
available exclusively through the desktop web view, where payments are processed via Stripe.
This facility is ideal for users managing multiple brands or locations who require monthly
data collection and direct response capabilities across a wide portfolio. Note: Another
user's profile page cannot be added as a linked page to any user on the platform in order
to maintain privacy.
