What If a Profile Page Already Exists?

Users can go to that page and share feedback or reviews.

What if a Profile Page does not exist?

Users can create a new profile page and immediately publish feedback.

What is Profile "Page History"?

It shows the full chronology of edits and locks for a profile page.

Can I change page information on a LOCKED Profile Page?

Unlock is not possible, but you can request edits via Customer Support.

What is a Locked Profile Page Workflow?

Pages can be locked after collaborative review; claimed profiles are editable only by owners.

Can Locked Profile Page be edited by owners?

Yes, owners can edit their claimed profile pages.

What is a Claimed Profile Page?

A verified user can claim their profile page, locking it for others.

What is visible under Claimed Profile Page?

The Linked Pages tab is visible only to the owner; others cannot see it.

What are listed pages under Portfolio?

The Portfolio tab shows pages created by the user under the Personality category only.

What is the purpose of QR Code on Profile page?

Each profile page has a unique QR code for quick sharing and embedding.

Who Can Provide Feedback?

Anyone can give feedback on anyone or anything.

How does the app ensure posts are safe?

All posts are checked using OpenAI Moderation API before publishing.

Are violent or hateful posts allowed?

No, such content is blocked by moderation API.

What is Tag & Topic?

Tags categorize feedback; Topics specify areas within tags.

What is STAR rating?

Users can rate entities based on category-specific variables; averages are shown on profile pages.

Verification

When is verification required?

Verification is required for creating personality pages and posting on them.

How is verification done?

Stripe is used for ID verification.

Posting

Can anyone post feedback on personality pages?

Only verified users can post on personality pages.

Can users add location pins?

Yes, users can add and adjust location pins when posting feedback.

What happens if multiple pages exist for the same entity?

The platform suggests existing pages and merges duplicates automatically. Users can also report duplicate pages by using the three dots menu.

What are favorite pages?

Users can mark pages as favorites for quick access; favorites are organized by category.

Linked Pages

What are Linked Pages?

Linked Pages allow subscribers to access historical data and interact with feedback providers on those pages.

How many pages can I link for free?

A free account allows linking two profile pages: your own and one additional page, except Personality category.

What does the subscription plan offer for Linked Pages?

The paid plan allows linking three additional pages beyond the two free ones, for a total of five pages.

Can I link more than five pages?

Yes, by paying per additional page via desktop web; mobile redirects to web for payment.

Are Personality category pages linkable?

No, Personality category pages cannot be linked to other profiles.

What data is available for Linked Pages?

Subscribers can access current month data for linked pages; older data is archived.

Can I export Linked Page data?

Yes, historical data export is available only from desktop view in CSV format.

What happens to Linked Page data after month-end?

Data is archived and deleted based on admin settings, even for subscribers.

Can subscribers message users on Linked Pages?

Yes, subscribers can directly message feedback providers on linked pages through a separate chat window.

Is there a cost to use the platform?

Creating an account and browsing the marketplace is completely free. We charge a transaction fee only when a deal closes successfully: if the seller does not offer a commission, the buyer pays a 3% fee based on the purchase price; if the seller offers less than 3%, the buyer pays only the difference to reach a total of 3%. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or upfront costs.

Can I link more than five pages?

Yes, by paying per additional page via desktop web.

How is payment handled for extra pages?

Payments for extra pages are processed via Stripe on desktop only.

How does chat work?

Subscribers can message users who posted feedback on linked pages; verified users can respond to posts on their own page.

What chat facility is possible with Verified or Claimed Profile?

Verified users with subscription can respond to posts and chat via separate window.

Can I post ads?

Yes, any signed-up user can create ads, banners, surveys, or polls.

What types of ads can users create?

Banner ads in mobile and desktop view browser, surveys, polls, and scheduled campaigns.

How is ad performance tracked?

Ad performance data is accessible on both mobile and desktop dashboards for the user who has created campaigns.

How are payments processed?

Subscriptions and ads on mobile use in-app purchases; desktop uses Stripe.

Is there a reward system?

Yes, verified users earn rewards for contributions like creating pages, posting feedback, and locking profiles. This is directly related to platform ad revenue.

What are eligibility criteria for rewards?

Users must have verified ID and Stripe Connect to receive rewards.
